LA Consulting is led by Luis Alberola, a professional consultant with a passion for human capital, technology and talent-based transformation. His experience as consultant, manager and entrepreneur has led him to be convinced than successful implementation of strategy rests primarily on leader, talent and people engagement. And this requires gently but firmly challenging the organizational status quo, and namely through a new Employee Experience.
A seasoned management consultant and former manager, he has driven or been part of very different transformation programs, from Continuous Improvement to Digital Transformation, always working on the talent and OD dimensions of transformation. During his career, he’s been lucky enough to design a new Talent Management Framework, build Human Capital Management software, help design and implement the Collaboration Way of a major European energy firm and to drive the design and deployment of the Emerging Digital University of a major Mutual Insurer.
He has worked in Paris, across Europe, in New-York, Tokyo and Montreal, both as an independent consultant or as member of top-tier strategy consultancies (McKinsey, PMP Conseil). He has also worked in AXA, Brambles and Desjardins and been a start-up entrepreneur in the Talent Management field.
He lives in Montreal with his wife and three kids, and enjoys cooking for friends and reading and blogging about talent and the digital revolution.
